    Kathy Foley is a locally born, bred and proud Bundabergian with local knowledge not often seen these days. Kath has Sold, Auctioned and Managed hundreds of properties from Childers in the south to Deepwater in the North and the Bundaberg Coast through to Gin Gin.

    With 26 years local real estate experience, Kathy holds a full Real Estate License and Auctioneers License and a Level 4 Cert. in Property Management.  Commencing her career as a receptionist, she quickly developed a love for property management and has been the recipient of coveted awards such as First National Real Estate QLD and QLD Country Zone Property Manager of the Year, Country Zone Property Manager to the Grave and was a finalist for the 2006 National PM award.

    In 2007 Kathy accepted the position of Sales Manager at First National and though not involved in the day to day activities of the Property Management Department still maintained her property management knowledge. Over the coming years her passion became sales and especially auctions.

    In 2014 Kathy became a licensed Property Auctioneer and thoroughly enjoys the excitement of calling and achieving great results for both sellers and buyers.

    Brian joined the team at Property 4670 Real Estate in 2017 and in doing so brings with him a great deal of real estate knowledge and experience. Commencing his real estate career in 1987 and in 1992 he opened his own real estate office which he continued to operate until he sold it in 2012.

    During that 25 years Brian was heavily involved in the real estate industry as Chairman of the Bundaberg Branch of the REIQ for 12 years, during which time he represented the REIQ on delegations to Government to change the way real estate is conducted in Queensland.

    Upon semi-retirement and after a little persuasion, Brian agreed to take on a more “behind the scenes” role within an Industry that he has had a great passion for. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have Brian (my dad) working with me and being able to gain some of his knowledge and wisdom of the real estate industry and a region that he has watched develop and grow for over 30 years.

    Brian has built many long standing friendships with his clients over the years, many of whom remain friends today and still call for his guidance.
